LEWES - Faye S. Polichetti, of Lewes, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016 at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE. She was born in Wilmington, Del., the daughter of the late George Steele and Olivia Wilson. She was a homemaker. She attended St. Jude's Catholic Church in Lewes. She enjoyed cooking and watching football. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Barker. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Joseph M. Polichetti; three children, Joseph M. Polichetti, Jr. and wife Anne, Matthew S. Polichetti and wife Debbie and Jacqueline T. Marks and husband, Nathan; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 at St. John's Roman Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Avenue, Milford, De. Friends may call Tuesday night from 6 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, DE. Interment will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Pilottown Road, Lewes, DE.
