FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Evelyn Virginia Wells, formerly of Bridgeville, Del., passed away on Feb. 1, 2011. She was the daughter of Elisha, Sr. and Rosie Waples. She was 85. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 5, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 427 N. Front Street, Seaford, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in St. Johntown Cemetery, Greenwood. Letters of condolence and guestbook may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
