Evelyn Theresa Tippett, 89
RIDGELY, Md. - Evelyn Theresa Tippett of Ridgely died Sunday, April 15, 2007, in Memorial Hospital of Easton. She was 89.
Mrs. Tippett was born April 14, 1918, in Washington, D.C., daughter of the late Edwin and Melissa Williamson O'Callaghan.
She moved from Annapolis to Ridgely in 1973. She was an office machine operator for Plummers Union in Washington.
Mrs. Trippett was a member of St. Benedict's/St. Elizabeth's parish and a member of AARP.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Morris, in 1952; and Wilmer "Bill" Tippett in 1978.
She is survived by two nieces, Pamela Alexander and Karen Isaacs, both of Sykesville; four great-nieces and nephews and five great-great nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, P.A.
Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Friday in St. Benedict's Catholic Church, Ridgely
