Evelyn June Deakins, 95
June 17, 1930 – December 2, 2025
Evelyn was born in Elmira, New York, where she was raised by her Aunt Rose and Uncle John Rehwinkle. She attended St. Mary’s School and grew up with a strong sense of family, faith, and service.
As a devoted mother, Evelyn raised two boys while the family lived in Texas, Washington State, Las Vegas, the Philippines, and finally Dover, Delaware, where Cecil retired from the Air Force and the family made their permanent home.
