MILLSBORO - Evelyn R. Brengle of Millsboro died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2005, in the Harbor Health Care Nursing Home, Lewes. She was 91.
Mrs. Brengle was born in 1914, in Baltimore, daughter of the late Edward and Agnes Roselius.
She retired from the Millsboro Super Fresh in 1979.
Mrs. Brengle attended the Dagsboro Church of Christ before entering convalescent care in 2000.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Mantz Brengle in 1969; a brother, George Roselius in 1998; and a sister, Gladys Stewart in 2005.
She is survived by a brother, Edward Roselius; a daughter, Betty Lou Gentile of Baltimore; a son and a daughter-in-law, Ronald and Inez Brengle of Rehoboth Beach; three granddaughters, Cheryl Gentile Kinnear, Carole Gentile Rawls and Karen Brengle Smitley; four grandsons, Charles Gentile, Craig Gentile, Brian Brengle and Keith Brengle; two great-granddaughters, Caitlin Kinnear and Kelly Rawls; four great-grandsons, Christopher Rawls, Jeremy Smitley, Justin Smitley and Jamie Smitley; and two great-great-granddaughters, Kiana Smitley and Nevaeh Smitley.
Memorial services were held in the Dagsboro Church of Christ, Dagsboro. David Hall officiated.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Dagsboro Church of Christ at the above address.
