He was employed by the State of Delaware as a psychiatrist for the past 46 years and worked in various facilities such as the Delaware State Hospital and Psychiatric Center, the Mental Hygiene Clinic in Dover and the Stockley Center and Mental Hygiene Clinic in Georgetown. He took great pride in his work and, most recently, was a vital part of establishing several group homes for the people he served in New Castle County under Resources for Human Development. He is predeceased by his parents and two brothers, all of the Philippines. A private ceremony will be held for immediate family. A celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date for friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Resources for Human Development at 1800 N. Jefferson St., Wilmington, DE 19802. You may mourn him, but we ask that you celebrate his exuberant life and the wonderful memories he gave us all. To send condolences, please visit
