HALLWOOD, VA. - Eric Shane Todd went to be with his Lord and Savior on Feb. 25, 2017 at his home. Shane was born on Aug. 10, 1975 in Seaford. He attended Seaford Christian Academy and graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1993. He was employed at Tyson Foods, Temperenceville, Va. He was a master welder/fabricator and mentored many young apprentices. He taught his brother, Nick, the trade and work ethic but most important he was a father figure to his "little brother" always. We are touched and grateful for his Tyson family - Marvin, Cameron, Pony and Bill. Shane had found his forever job because of them. Left to cherish his memories are Autumn Todd, Daddy's girl who was his heart; and her mother, Michelle Seeney Todd; mother, Karen Todd; brother, Nicholas Todd and wife, Lindsey Todd and their children, Riley and Gavin Todd; father, Rickie L. Todd; paternal grandmother, Ann Todd; uncles, Michael Elliott and David Todd; aunt, Barbara Todd Scott; and respected friend, Rick Culver. He was preceded in death by his beloved "Granny", Pauline Elliott Alsop; step-grandfather, Sgt. Major Irving R. Alsop, Jr.; maternal grandfather, Vaughn R. Elliott; paternal grandfather, Charles H. Todd, Jr.; and uncles, Bruce Todd and Steven Todd. A memorial service will held at a future date.
