Emil Gallo Sr., 86 HARRINGTON - Emil Gallo Sr., of Harrington, died June 8, 2010, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 86. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Ruth L. Gallo of Harrington; sons, Phillip R. Gallo of Frederica, Michael L. Gallo of Greenwood, and Emil G. Gallo Jr. of Greenwood; daughter, Sylvia A. Propes of Greenwood; brothers, Carmine Gallo of Harrington, and Anthony Gallo of Milford; 14 grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 12, 2010, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Harrington. Interment will be in Milford Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Bernadette Church building fund, 109 Dixon St., Harrington DE 19952. Arrangements are by the Melvin Funeral Home, Harrington.
