Elva H Stites, 92DOVER, Del. - Elva H Stites passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover, Del.
Elva was born on October 5, 1929 in Salem, N.J., daughter of Anna and Victor L. Heil of Alloway, N.J.
In addition to her parents and husband; Elva was predeceased by her brothers, Richard (Betty) and Wayne (Claire) Heil of Alloway, N.J.; sister, Carla Pitman (Howard) of Alvin, Texas.
She is survived by a brother, Victor Heil, Carney's Point, N.J.; son, Charles "Fred" Stites Jr. of Townsend, Del.; and daughter, Patricia Ann Stites of Dover, Del. In addition, she is survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Due to Covid, a Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
