DENTON, Md. - Elsie N. Weis of Denton died Tuesday, March 13, 2007, in Caroline Hospice House, Denton. She was 87.
Born in New Bedford, Mass., Mrs. Weis was the daughter of the late Oscar Arthur Nordt and Jennie (Cross) Nordt. Her husband, Robert J. Weis Jr., died June 30, 1998.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Weis is survived by two sons, Robert J. Arthur N. Weis III and his wife Linda D. Weis and Arthur N. Weis Sr. and his wife Joanne K. Weis; one brother, Fred Nordt of Baltimore; one sister, Evelyn Williams of Baltimore, four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday in the Parkwood Cemetery Chapel, 3310 Taylor Ave., Baltimore, where friends may call one hour before the funeral.
The interment will be in Parkwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Caroline Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 362, Denton, MD 21629.
