HARRINGTON- Elsie M. Tribbett, went to live in a better world on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2103. Her daughter, Elsie Mae Darling was by her side. Mrs. Tribbett worked for Swift & Company for 30 years before her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Irving M. Tribbett; her parents, George and Lena Casper; six brothers, John Casper, Gustave Casper, Edwin (Babe) Casper, Charles Casper, Fred Casper and Eddie Casper; four sisters, Amelia Collins, Betty O'Keefe, Anne Gramis and Marie Moore. Aside from her daughter, with whom she lived, Mrs. Tribbett is survived by five grandsons Don Darling, Jr. of Rosemont, Minn., Keith Darling of Felton, Del., Shayne Darling of Jeanette, Pa., and Eric Darling of Harrington and Xavier Perry of Harrington, Del.; three granddaughters, Laurie Ann Darling of Newark, Del., Shannon (Nikki) Darling-Diviero of Lockport, Ill., Tracey Darling of Felton; four great grandsons; five great granddaughters; and her very special canine companion, Peppy. A memorial to celebrate her life will be held later this month. Bruce Tribbitt of Manship Church, a nephew of Mrs. Tribbett, will officiate. Arrangements handled by Berry-Short Funeral Home, Felton, Del.
