GREENWOOD - Ellen A. Mast, of Greenwood, formerly of West Virginia, passed away Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, in her home. She was 66. During her time living in Delaware, Ellen was a local Real Estate Agent. In West Virginia, she and her family owned and operated a Feed and Farm Supply Store. Ellen was a member of Crossroad Community Church, in Georgetown. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved flowers, watching and identifying birds. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edgar and Amy Alberto (Johnson) Quillen; and a son, John. She is survived by her husband, Maylon Mast; one son, Troy Edgar Mast and wife Karla; grandson, Christopher Troy Mast; a granddaughter, Kylei; seven siblings, Pat Quillen and wife Margaret, Charles Quillen, Steven Quillen and wife Melanie, Kevin Quillen and wife Judy, Irene Bradford and husband Ted, Kathleen Engel and husband Thomas and Connie Hearn. Ellen is also survived by a special friend, Donna Walker and her grandchildren, Shaila, Sammy and Ashton. A funeral service will be 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, at Crossroad Community Church, 20684 State Forest Road, Georgetown, with visitation after 6 p.m. A visitation will also be held Friday, Nov. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of Hinkle Funeral Home, 567 Thomas Ave, Davis, W.Va. Graveside services and burial will be Saturday, Nov. 5, at 10 a.m., at Flanagan Memorial Cemetery, Dry Fork, W.Va. Flowers are accepted or contributions can be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963. Arrangements in the care of Short Funeral Services, Milton, and Hinkle Funeral Home, Davis, W.Va.
