Ella Mae Davis, 95

SAN FRANCISCO - Ella Mae Davis passed away peacefully on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007, in St. Anne's Home, Little Sisters of the Poor, San Francisco, where she resided for more than 20 years. She was 95.

Mrs. Davis was born in Grottoes, Va. to Matthew and Emma Jenkins Strother.

She grew up in Uniontown, Pa.

Mrs. Davis was a licensed practical nurse, who specialized in infant care before moving to the West Coast more than 50 years ago.

She was preceded in death by a son, Leonard M. Robinson.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Lorene K. Robinson and Norene A. Griffin and her husband Leroy of Dover, Del.; one sister; and one brother.

A Mass was held at St. Anne's Home.

Arrangements by Duggan's Serra Mortuary.
