Savage Adams, 89 MILTON - Elizabeth R. Savage Adams passed from time into eternity, surrounded by family members on Tuesday Dec. 18, 2012 at her residence. Elizabeth was born Nov. 3, 1923 in Cradock Va. to the late Sidney & Ella Jane Savage. Elizabeth and her husband Fred moved their family to Del., making Millsboro their home. Elizabeth was a homemaker to her family, and later became a housekeeper for the Stan Thompson, and Charles and Janet Mason families for more than 30 years. Elizabeth joined Friendship UM Church where she was a dedicated and faithful member of the Usher Board, WOW Club, Senior Choir, and also a member of the Red Hat Society, until failing health stopped her from going. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1989. She is Survived by one son, Richard J. Adams, London, England; five daughters, Elizabeth L. LeCompte--Wilm, Del., Alice Harmon, Virginia Beach, Va., Lorraine Beauchamp, Sacramento, Calif., Jane & Wayne Brewington, Hartly, Del., Valerie and Gerhard Poppel, Dagsboro, Del.; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Louise Alexander and Nettie Patterson, N.Y, Bernice Parker, Painter, Va.; two Brothers, Charles E. Savage, Va., Clifton Savage, Phila, Pa. A Service will be held Sat Dec. 29, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Friendship UM Church on Friendship Rd in Millsboro, DE 19966.
