DOVER - Elizabeth Powell passed away peacefully on Jan. 13, 2017. A public viewing will be held on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover, DE 19904. Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Dover First SDA Church, 647 Wyoming Ave, Dover, DE 19904, with visitation two hours prior to the service.
