DELMAR - Elizabeth J. Willey passed away on Sat., Dec. 12, 2015. Elizabeth was born in Annapolis, MD, the daughter of the late Oliver and Margaret (Wright) Willey. She was a C.N.A. for Addis Healthcare and had worked in several hospitals as a Private Duty nurse. She was always smiling and loved gardening, reading, loved to sing karaoke and watching softball. She was a loving grandmother. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Anna Hannum. She is survived by her husband, Chris Collins; children, Steven (Sydney) Passwaters, Bryan Passwaters; sisters, Sharon Barclay and Patricia Willey and nine grandchildren. A Memorial Services will be held Thurs., Dec. 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
