Elizabeth A. Thierwechter, 89

LITITZ, Pa. - Elizabeth A. Thierwechter of Lititz died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, in Hospice of Lancaster County. She was 89.

Mrs. Thierwechter was born June 22, 1918, in Lebanon, daughter of the late Paul and Carrie Peiffer Boyer.

She was a member of St. Jacob's Kimmerling's Church.

Mrs. Thierwechter was a retired production worker from Pennfield Poulty, Fredericksburg.

She was preceded in death by husband, Ralph E. Thierwechter, on Jan. 28, 1997; sons, John H. Thierwechter and Ralph E. Thierwechter Jr.; sisters, Verna Clay and Margaret Althouse; and brother, Richard Rauch.

Surviving are her children, Doris and her husband William Suloff of Lititz, Gerald R. and his wife Debbie Thierwechter of Clayton, Del., and Marilyn and her husband Robert Umberger of Jonestown; siblings, Joseph Boyer of Cleona, Marie Young of Lebanon, Selessa and her husband Ray Coldran of Arizona and Robert Rauch of Texas; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A viewing is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday in St. Jacob's Kimmerling's Church, 1 St. Jacob's Drive, Lebanon, PA 17046, followed by services at 1 p.m.

Burial will be at Kimmerling's Cemetery.
