Eleanor Kemp Hall

CAMDEN - Eleanor "Elly" Kemp Hall passed from this world to one with less pain on February 18, 2016. Eleanor was born the second of 12 children on May 18, 1939. Her parents were Carl and Elizabeth Kemp of Felton. Eleanor graduated from Felton High School in 1957. Eleanor met her husband in 1956 and married on July 18, 1958. She started out as a hairdresser and owned the Pony Post Beauty Shop. After leaving the business, she worked for the 1st National Bank of Wyoming. She then retired from the Bank and worked for Dr. Veronica Cerny. Her passion was as a Decorative Artist and would work her job during the day, but painted every minute she could find to paint and sell her work at large Civic Center shows and many outlets in Pa. and Tenn. Eleanor was preceded by her dad, Carl Kemp; mom, Elizabeth Killen Kemp; brothers, Frank, Robert, Wayne, Morris, Carl, Tim, Ernest; and sister, Jenny Lynn. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, William E. Hall of Camden; two sons, Jeffrey W. and his wife Alyssa of Dover, Michael D. Hall and his wife Janene of Dover; sister, Deborah Baker of Milford; five dearly loved grandchildren, Christopher J. Hall of Dover, Delia Hope Hall, Gary W. Hall, Sarah O. Hall and Elissa Hall. Friends may call Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Burial will be private.
