Reynolds, 79 GEORGETOWN - Eileen Thompson Reynolds, passed away Monday, July 23, 2012 at her daughter's home, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Reynolds was born the daughter of the late Harry, Sr., and Eva (Justice) Townsend. Mrs. Reynolds was a member of the Coolspring Presbyterian Church and the Ellendale Fire Co. Ladies Aux. She enjoyed gardening and cooking, however; her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the highlight of her life. In addition to both parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Townsend; and a sister, Coleta Dorey. She is survived by three children, Dolores Carlisle (Cliff), of Lincoln, Christine Beideman, of Milton and Ray Allen Thompson (Teresa), of Dover; one brother, Harry Townsend, Jr.,; and a sister, Edna Steele; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday July 26, 2012, in the Chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St, Milton where friends may call after 12:00 p.m. Burial will be in Coolspring Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 28467 Dupont Blvd., Suite 6, Millsboro, De. 19966.
