MILLSBORO - Eileen Francis Burns-Perez departed this life on October 10, 2014 at her home in Millsboro, Delaware. Her husband of 46 years, Anthony Nelson Perez was there with her. Eileen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, and friend. Services were already held. Contributions in Eileen's name will joyously be accepted to the Adopt a Pet Rescue.
