Dover - Edwina M Hines passed away on January 3, 2015 at Kent General Hospital. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Star Hill AME Church 357 Voshells Mill-Star Road Dover, Delaware 19901. Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. where friends may call two hours prior to service. Interment will follow service at the Star Hill Cemetery AME Church Cemetery. Arrangements are by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
