SMYRNA - Edna June (White) Pinder passed away on Feb. 13, 2017, at home surrounded by her family. June was born on Nov. 21, 1935, in Rock Hall, Md., daughter of the late James E. and Molly George White where she was raised on their farm. After marrying she raised her family in Chesterville, Md. Years later, she remarried and moved to Delaware. Some of her many jobs were at Leeds Co., Unicorn store, Vonnie's Restaurant, and helping her late sister at auctions. She was member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crafts, baking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by half brothers, Henry Chadwick and Thomas Chadwick; and half sister, Mary Patrick; and sister, Betty Meekins. She is survived by her loving husband, James Pinder, of Smyrna; her brother, James Harry White, of Still Pond, Md.; and sister, Helen Fletcher, of Dover. She has five children, Dan (Pam) Voshell, of Crumpton, Md., June Ellen (Brian) Jarrell, of Smyrna, Jimmy Voshell, of Chesterville, Md., Terri Lynn (David) Andress, of Wilmington, N.C., Kyle (Kelly) Pinder, of Smyrna; and her two stepchildren, Kelly Bivens and her two children, Matt and Laura, and Lee Pinder and his three children. She also has many loving grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Brittany, Adam, Brennan, Lyndsey, William, Kaleb and Kameron; and her two great-grandchildren, Legend and AraBella; and her many nieces and nephews and extended family members. Always Loving. Always Giving. Always Kind. Visitation will be 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, at Faries Funeral Home located at 29 South Main Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at 12 noon, with visitation at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Bryn Zion Cemetery, Smyrna.
