Dorothy Craig Marker

WYOMING - Dorothy Craig Marker passed away peacefully on Nov. 8, 2017.
Dorothy was born in Bethesda, in the Dover area on Dec. 3, 1915. She was predeceased by her mother, Carrie V. Craig; and father, George Craig; her husband, Clarence J. (Boots) Marker; and her son, Robert George Marker.
Dorothy was a proud graduate of Dover High School. She will be remembered for her love of her family, her many hours of being a volunteer, and being a life member of The Round Table Club, and also her love for 4H.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Dorothy Failing and Rebecca Walton; and grandchildren in the Failing family, Del, Dennis (Pam),David (Jeanette), Lisa (Rob), Craig (Diane), Melanie (Derek Carlson); her grandchildren in the Walton family are, Mark (Linda), George lll (Celene) Ron, Susan (Mike); and many great grandchildren and great great grand children.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017 at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, followed by service at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Code Purple, in care of Wyoming United Methodist Church, 216 Wyoming Mill Rd., Dover, DE 19904.
