Dorothy A. Banks DAGSBORO - Dorothy A. Banks, of Dagsboro, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at home. She is survived by a daughter, Diane Carey and husband Ronn; her loving companion, Jim Doering; granddaughter, Jamie Swartz and husband Aaron; great-granddaughter, Alison Swartz; and two brothers. A funeral service will be noon, Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, where friends and family may call after 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Millville Cemetery.
