Doris Helena Hall, 81

GREENWOOD - Doris Helena Hall of Greenwood died Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, at the Country Rest Home, Greenwood. She was 81.

Mrs. Hall was born in Greenwood on Oct. 5, 1926, to the late Merle and Catherine (Gray) O'Bier.

She was a homemaker most of her life, but she did work at the Greenwood School cafeteria for a few years and the powder plant in Milford during World War II.

Mrs. Hall was a member of Milford Church of God.

She was a loving wife and mother.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis B. Hall; and three brothers, Robert G., Donald M. and Earl O'Bier.

She is survived by her son, David and his wife Tracy Hall of Greenwood; a granddaughter, Kathlin Elizabeth Hall of Greenwood; two sisters, Betty and her husband Ralph Moore and Jean Sipple, all of Greenwood; one brother, John and his wife Jean O'Bier of Greenwood; and her nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 48 W. Market St., Greenwood.

A viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Interment will be at St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood.
