DOVER - Doris E. Clendaniel passed away peacefully on 6/29/22.
Doris was the daughter of the late Clarence Winfred and Margaret Wagner. She had three brothers: Alva Ora 'Bud" Wagner, Truitt Wagner, and Ora Clarence Wagner.
Doris and her late husband, Benjamin, had three sons: Benjamin, Joseph, and Norman (Benjamin died in infancy).
She is survived by her two sons and their spouses and grandchildren: Joseph and Linda (Benjamin, Kristen, and Kelli) and Norman and Lisa (Nathan). She also has six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Doris retired from Kraft Heinz in 1992. She attended Trinity Wesleyan and Faith Community Church of Dover.
She enjoyed singing in the choir, attending church services and activities, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Burial will be private. The family requests that any memorial contributions be directed to: Delaware Hospice, 911 South DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901, Trinity Wesleyan Church, 1564 S. State St., Dover, DE 19901, Faith Community Church, 2240 S. Dupont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901 or Sunday Breakfast Mission, 110 N. Poplar St., Wilmington, DE 19801
The family is very appreciative to all of Doris' medical providers, especially the staff of Delaware Hospice.
