HARTLY - Dorinda Burgest passed away peacefully at her residence with her family at her side.
A private Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St. Dover, DE 19904 to begin at 11 a.m. with a public walk-through visitation two hours prior.
