Donna Fay Strachan, 54

HARTLY - Donna Fay Strachan, of Hartly, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 54.

Donna was born Sept. 8, 1953, in Knoxville, Tenn., to the late Thomas Bolin and Dorothy Soloman Bolin.

She enjoyed playing softball in earlier years. She bowled up until her disability. She and her husband enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon and Rusty Wallace.

Donna is survived by her husband of 30 years, Kenneth Ross Strachan of Hartly; her son, James Cross and his wife Melissa of Bremen, Maine; her daughter, Susan Strachan of Damariscotta, Maine; her brother, James Bolin of Florida; her sister, Linda Tyre of Gulf Port, Miss.; and two grandchildren, Joshua and Bradley Cross.

Services will be private.
