Dolores (Naughton) McCormick, 79
REHOBOTH BEACH - Dolores (Naughton) McCormick of Rehoboth Beach passed away peacefully Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007, in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was 79.
Mrs. McCormick was born Aug. 10, 1927, in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late John and Gertrude (McDonough) Naughton.
Mrs. McCormick is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Charles J. "Red" McCormick; two devoted daughters, Cynthia M. McCormick of Pittsburgh and Pamela M. Burger and her husband Harvey Klupt of Columbia, Md. and Lewes; a sister, Mary Louise Foley and her husband Jack of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and family at their home today from 7-9 p.m.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Edmond's Catholic Church, King Charles and Laurel streets, Rehoboth Beach, Friday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Raymond Forrester will be the celebrant.
Interment will be private.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sussex County Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.
Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
