GREENWOOD - Diane Beverly Isaacs, of Troy, Mich. and formerly of Greenwood entered into rest July 22, 2013. She was born on Mar. 11, 1945 in Milford, Del. Diane was Miss Delaware in 1963. She performed with the Philadelphia Singers, Detroit Lutheran Singers, among others. In her later years, Diane spent time doing the things that she loved most, gardening, working with kids, and singing at the Kirk in the Hills Church. She was preceded in death by her father Emerson Isaacs; and her daughter, Stephanie Hinkson. Diane is survived by her mother, Ruth Ann Isaacs; her brother, Gary Isaacs; and, her two sisters, Linda Tull and Sharon Kowinsky. She is also survived by her son, Gregory Hinkson; and her five grandchildren, Dylan Gunnels, Haley Hinkson, Griffin Hinkson, Darby Hinkson, and Bo Hinkson. She will be interred at a graveside service on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the St. Johnstown Cemetery in Greenwood, DE.
