BALTIMORE, Md. - Debra Ann Brown, passed away July 18, 2010. She was 47. She was born on May 3, 1963 in Wilmington, Del. Debra graduated from Dover High School in 1981 and also from Frederick Community College, Frederick, with a degree in nursing. Her early interests included tennis and showing horses. Debra is survived by her father, E. Kirk Brown III and his wife Barbara of Wyoming; mother, Roberta Citro of Wilmington, N.C.; siblings, Dale Brown and his wife Barbara of Rehoboth Beach, Del., and E. Kelly Brown of Arlington, Va.; and a niece, Alexis Brown. A graveside service will be noon Monday, August 9, at Rose Bank Cemetery, Rising Sun, Md.
