SEAFORD - David Webster Lovelace, II age 39 of Seaford, died Sunday Oct. 10, 2010, at his residence. Born in Richmond, Va., the son of David W. Lovelace of Millsboro, and the late Drusilla Thrasher. He was a service technician for Verizon and a member of the Gethsemane United Methodist Church in Reliance. He was a lifetime member of Virgil Wilson Post 4961, Veterans of Foreign Wars, member of the Shadow Hawks Air Squadron VAQ 141, and a Navy Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Shannon Webster Lovelace; son, Dakota T. Lovelace; daughters, Amber L. and Kirsten L. Lovelace all at home; and in addition to his father, he is also survived by his step mother, Jeanne Lovelace. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m on Friday, Oct. 15, 2010, at Gethsemane United Methodist Church Stein Highway, Reliance. RevS. John Schutt and Bill Nock will officiate. Burial will be private. Contributions may be made to Virgil Wilson, Post 4961, Veterans of Foreign Wars, PO Box 495, 9767 Middleford Road, Seaford 19973.
