SMYRNA - David Lawrence Olin, II, born, April 16, 1974; was called home to our Father in heaven Thursday, June 14, 2018, peacefully at home in his sleep.
David was kind hearted, hardworking, and had a great sense of humor. He would be there for anyone at anytime if he was needed but was a big instigator in tormenting his sister and mother with whom he resided with. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the fair or carnivals, and most importantly spending time with his family.
David was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edwin and Shirley Anderson, Lawrence and Helen Olin; and great-grandmother, Mary Humble.
David is survived by his mother, Nancy Anderson and her daughter Shannon who was his biggest supporter, and father David Lawrence Olin I and step mother Karen Olin, and their children Laurance Olin and Jeremy Olin. He will be missed by Shannon and Patrick Taylor Sr. and their children, nephew Patrick Taylor Jr. and his niece Krystin Taylor, wife Erika Taylor and their children Jaydynn and Braelyn who he spent most of his days with and were the highlight of his life. David will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and coworkers.
Instead of flowers the family asked that contributions be made to Nemours AI Dupont Hospital for Children where they saved his life as a child.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2018, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; with visitation from 12 to 1 p.m.
Friends many come to celebrate his life at his mother and sisters house after the services for refreshments and time with the family.
