MAGNOLIA - Darlene E. Edwards passed away on Feb. 15, 2018 at her home.
Darlene was born July 22, 1952 in Oxford, Pa. to the late Lane Fuller and Ida Fuller.
Darlene worked most of her years at Harris Manufacturer as a seamstress, until she retired in 2003.
Dar loved playing cards with her children, grandchildren, brothers and sister. She never turned down a game of cards. She also loved baking especially for her grandchildren on Christmas. Everyone knew who to call if they wanted a homemade cheese cake or peanut butter balls. She enjoyed watching wheel of fortune and doing her cross word puzzles. She was loved by everyone that ever met her!
Darlene was proceeded in death by her late husband, William Edwards; her grandsons, Shaine Fuller and Lionel Butler Jr.; her granddaughter, Jaden Edwards; her son-in-law, Lionel Butler; her brothers, Jimmy, Bobby, Frankie; sisters, Shirley, Pat, Gloria, Barbara, Linda and Vicki.
She's survived by her sons, Edward Tripp and wife Michelle of Florida, William Edwards and wife Vicky of Willow Grove, Woodrow Edwards of Magnolia and Jan Edwards of Sandtown; her daughters, Tina Fuller of Milton and Tanya Butler of Milford. She is also survived by her brothers, Lane, Ronnie, Billy and Clyde; sisters, Betty, Janie and her twin sister, Marlene; special grandson, Timothy Butler whom she helped raise; 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A very special friend, Nikki Harris of Sandtown; and a special daughter, Eileen Holzhauser of Germany.
Funeral Services will held on Feb. 21, 2018, viewing from 11 am to 1 p.m., service will start at 1 p.m. at Traders Funeral Home. Burial at Mt. Olive in Sandtown.
