Daniel "Dan" Roberts,
Daniel "Dan" Roberts passed away on Tuesday March 28, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones after 17 years of standing up to cancer. Dan was born on November 12, 1984, in Dover, DE to Michael and Wendolyn Roberts.
He grew up in Magnolia, DE and loved spending time with his parents, his 4 grandparents, and his first best friend, his sister, Laura.
Dan met his soulmate and future wife, Alexis, over 15 years ago. They were married in 2016. They met in Magnolia, DE and eventually purchased a family home in Magnolia. They lived at their home with their two dogs Kotter and Koko.
Dan was an Electrician by trade and loved his job. Dan and his wife also shared a love of music, nature, animals and traveling with their most recent trip being a cruise to Bermuda, an Island they both loved. Dan enjoyed growing succulents, building beautiful floral Lego sets, and watching his favorite TV shows.
Dan will be deeply missed by his wife, Alexis, and their dogs, Kotter and Koko, his mother, Wendolyn Roberts (Steve), his father, Michael Roberts, his sister, Laura Kulaga (John), his Grandmom, Ann Smith, his nephew and nieces, whom he adored, Johnny, Violet, and Madison, his uncles, Randy Smith, Jeff Smith (Andrea), Glenn Roberts (Cynthia), his in-laws Paul and Christina Kuloszewski, and numerous cousins.
Dan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Barbara and Kenneth Roberts and Gordon Smith.
His wife would like to give a special thanks to three nurses at Delaware Hospice who cared for and shared a special bond with Dan, Christy, Desiree, and Taylor.
A Celebration of Dan's life will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday April 6, 2023, at Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming, DE. Friends may gather beginning at 4:30 p.m.
