Daniel 'Danny' Moore, 65
GREENWOOD, Del. - Daniel "Danny" Moore passed away on December 4, 2021, at John's Hopkins Hospital. He was born in Milford, Del. on October 8, 1956, son of the late Robert and Virginia Moore.
Mr. Moore graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1974 and worked at H.C. Davis until starting at General Foods in 1978 where he retired from in 2013. After retirement he enjoyed buying and selling cars and going to the races. More than anything his biggest love was his family, He was a loving and devoted husband, dad, and pop to his grand and great grandchild.
In addition to his parents; Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his brothers, Harry Moore and Tommy Moore; and his nephew, Robert Saragino.
He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Moore; his son, TJ Chelton (Becky) of Greenwood; his sister, Catherine Saragino; and brother, William Moore of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Katlyn White (Greg) of Greenwood, Jordan Chelton of Felton, Del., Madison Isaacs of Hebron, Md., and Kalli Chelton of Greenwood, Del.; his great grandchildren, Harmony, Hope and Harper.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St., Seaford, where friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery in Harrington, Del.
