Dalton G. Neudecker

WYOMING - Dalton G. Neudecker, passed away Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 92. Dalton was born on May 6, 1919, in Baltimore, Md., son of the late Frank and Ann (Hilfiker) Neudecker. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy during World War II where he was a recipient of the Bronze Star. Dalton worked as an engineer for the Atlas Supply Company. He enjoyed gardening, photography and computers. Dalton was a member of the Knights of Columbus, VFW and the American Legion. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his twin sister, Daltis (Neudecker) Payne. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Erma Neudecker; and a daughter, Elaine Cramer of Wyoming. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 noon Tuesday, Sept. 6 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State St., Dover, where visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Holy Cross Catholic Church or to the Delaware Hospice. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
