MILLSBORO - Constance L. Baker, of Millsboro, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2008, in the Renaissance Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Millsboro. She was 75. Mrs. Baker was born on Aug. 1, 1933 in Millsboro, to the late Oscar E. Harmon Sr. and Lillian E. Davis. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Dorothy Harper and Letitia "Tish" Duff; and her brother, Oscar Harmon Jr. in addition to her parents. She is survived by her sons, Robert Duff Jr. and wife Judith and Juano Duff and wife Rose; her daughter, Monique Watkins; three sisters, Carrie, Shirley, and Ardith; one brother, Edward; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call one hour prior the service. The Rev. Anthony Trout will officiate. The burial will be private.
