Connie L. Taylor, 60

MILFORD - Connie L. Taylor of Milford died Friday, June 22, 2007, at Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 60.

Mrs. Taylor was born Oct. 8, 1946, in Greensboro, Md., daughter of the late Robert and Ethel (McVay) Correll.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Milford Moose Lodge, where she formerly served as senior regent, and was a member of the Milford Senior Center.

She enjoyed gardening and fishing in the Delaware Bay.

Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Taylor, in 2000; a son, Wayne Taylor; and a brother, Ronald Correll.

She is survived by two sons, Shane D. Taylor and his wife Cynthia of Magnolia, and Byron D. Taylor of Milford; a stepson, William C. Taylor Jr. and his wife Marlene of Greenwood; a brother, Kenneth Robert Correll of Smyrna; five grandchildren, Michael Charles Taylor, Shelly Taylor, Megan Taylor, Mallory Taylor and Gavin Taylor; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Ave., Milford, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Milford-Harrington Highway, Harrington.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Milford Senior Center, 111 Park Ave., Milford, DE 19963.
