Clifford Haack

Milford - On May 8, 2018, Clifford Haack, peacefully passed away at Bayhealth in Milford.
Mr. Haack was born Nov. 27, 1923, in Milwaukee, Wis., to William and Irma Haack.
His family moved to Washington D.C. during the depression, although he stayed an avid Green Bay Packers fan for the rest of his life.
Mr. Haack honorably served our country during WWII in the Army Air Corp. He was stationed in England and was a member of the 445th Bomber Group, which was led by Jimmy Stewart.
Upon returning to the states he graduated from George Washington University and became a Pharmacist in Falls Church, Va. Clifford continued his pharmacy career in Orange, Va, and later in Milford, where he and his wife Audrey shared nearly 40 years of marriage together.
He was a talented man who could build and work on anything.
Mr. Haack is survived by his wife, Audrey Haack (nee Hunter Salevan); his daughters, Carolyn and Linda from Chicago; his step children, Jeffrey, David, and Edward Salevan, and Holly Helmick; and many other extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Louise Haack; his daughter, Ellen Marie Haack; and his brother, Kenneth Haack.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave., Milford on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with a funeral service at 12 p.m. Interment Milford Community Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to Avenue U.M.C., 20 North Church St. Milford, DE 19963.
