Clarence W. Hicks Jr.

Clarence W. Hicks, Jr.
Clarence W. Hicks, Jr. was born on September 13, 1947. He is the oldest child born to the union of Clarence W. Hicks and the late Helen P. Hicks. A brother to Regan Hicks-Goldstein.
He graduated from William Henry High School. After high school, he attended and graduated from Delaware State College.
While at Delaware State College, Clarence met Rosalind, his wife of 43 years. His union with Rosalind produced two daughters, Twyla and Kia.
In addition to being a loving husband and father, he was a dedicated executive and community leader of over 40 years. He later retired from Delaware Technical Community College.
Clarence was a member of Mt. Zion A.M.E church and former member of Allen A.M.E church in White Plains, N.Y.
He transitioned to his heavenly home on November 16, 2020 where he would reunite with his wife Rosalind Hicks.
Clarence is survived by his two daughters, Twyla Fletcher and Kia Hicks; son-in-law, Rayne Fletcher; granddaughter, Sydney Fletcher; son-in-law, Gregory Freeman; father, Clarence W. Hicks; sister, Regan Hicks-Goldstein; and brother-in-law, Jeffrey Goldstein; Thomas and Hilda Flowers; his nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and close friends.
