DOVER - Cindy Ann Rall, of Dover, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at home in peace. She was 54. Cindy was born Oct. 19, 1956, in Saginaw, Mich., to the late Paul Akers and Jacqueline McShane Akers. She worked in the healthcare industry as a home health aide and worked as a cashier at the Dollar General in Dover. Cindy enjoyed cooking, arts and crafts, working and visiting the beach; but most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her generosity had no end and she loved helping those in need Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Tony Wrege. Cindy is survived by her sons, Michael Rall of Commerce, Ga., and Matthew Rall of Dover; sister, Tammy Hocking of Seattle, Wash., three grandchildren; and her former husband, Stephen Rall of Camden. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. at Barratt's Chapel, Frederica. Flowers or contributions may be sent to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford St., Dover, DE 19904.
