Christine G. Lenox (nee Hansbury), 73 SMYRNA, Del. - Christine G. Lenox (nee Hansbury) of Smyrna, Delaware formerly Pennsauken, New Jersey passed away peacefully on April 13, 2022. Beloved wife for 42 years to Albert C. Lenox; Devoted mother of Jason (Linda) Dalton, Nathan (Jenn) Dalton, Katherine Bright, and Michael (Nicole) Lenox; Cherished grandmother of Dak, Seth, Evan, Gabrielle and Jaxson; Dear sister of Dennis Hansbury, Lucy Warren, Rita (Art) Metcalf, Sean (Kathy) Hansbury and the late Mary Hansbury and Thomas Hansbury; Caring friend to Dotti Hammill; Predeceased by her parents Thomas J. and Gertrude (nee DeCorrevont) Hansbury; Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Prior to retirement, Christine worked for many years at Costa's Food Market in the meat department and as a crossing guard for Pennsauken police. She also enjoyed working part time at the Cherry Hill and later Dover Target. She will be most remembered for her devotion to her family. She also was faithful, loved crocheting, reading and gardening. She enjoyed traveling especially on cruises to the Caribbean and Alaska. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her. Relatives & friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Falco Caruso & Leonard Funeral Home, 6600 Browning Road in Pennsauken. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 12 p.m. at the Church of Mary Queen of All Saint, 48th and Camden Avenue in Pennsauken. Entombment of cremains will take place privately at Arlington Mausoleum in Pennsauken. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Delaware Hospice, 16 Polly Drummond Shopping Center 2nd Floor, Newark, DE 19711
