Charlotte Virginia Cole

Cole, 69 MILFORD - Charlotte Virginia Cole passed away on July 20, 2013, due to lung cancer. Charlotte was born in Virginia on April 8, 1944. Charlotte attended Oxon Hill High School. Charlotte worked as a sales associate for Walmart for ten years before retiring. She enjoyed Sudoku, crocheting . She was also actively involved in caring for foster children. Charlotte is survived by her Children, Roland (Angie) Cole Jr., of Mumfordville, Ky., Judith Cole of Milford, Brian (Christina) Cole of Sorrento, Fla., and James (Erika) Cole of Milford; grandchildren, Benjamin and Samantha Cole of Leesburg, Fla., and Marcos Mendiola-Cole of Milford; brother and sisters, Marylee Pearce of Ocala, Fla., William (Judy) Courtney of SilverSpring, Fla., and Barbara (Larry) Haug of Felton; and many nieces and nephews. Charlotte is preceded in death by Charlotte Marie Cole. Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sat., July 27, 2013 at 1165 Scotts Corner Rd., Milford. Burial will be private at later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Delaware Hospice Center. The family of Charlotte Virginia Cole wishes to thank Delaware Hospice.
