Charlotte Ann Harris, 65
DOVER - Charlotte Ann Harris of Dover departed this life Aug. 16, 2007, at Riverside Hospital, Wilmington. She was 65.
She was born June 4, 1942.
Charlotte attended William Henry School.
She was employed at Kraft Foods for 30 years until her retirement in 1997.
Charlotte loved knitting and crocheting.
Her favorite snack was oatmeal.
Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Ruth Ann Lewis; sister, Katrina Sudler; and daughter, Cheryl Harris.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda L. Harris and Kim A. Harris; seven grandchildren, Robert, Dominique and Jermaine Harris, all of Felton, Yvonne Johnson of Star Hill, Nadia, NaJa and Marvin Johnson, all of Felton; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Barbara Wilson and husband, Samuel, Linda Lewis and Betty Spruance, all of Star Hill; two brothers, Chester Lewis and wife, Anna May of Dover and Michael Lewis of Star Hill; a very special son-in-law, Tony Johnson; a very dedicated sister-in-law, Evelyn Tolson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be 6-8 p.m. Friday in Bennie Smith Funeral Home.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home, where friends may view two hours prior.
