Ziesemer, 64
DOVER, Del. - Charles William Ziesemer passed away suddenly on April 12, 2022. Charlie, who was described by family as a man who was "wild and crazy and had an awesome sense of humor,' was born ninth out of ten children on July 12, 1957 in Chippewa Falls, Wis.
Charlie worked for almost 15 years at Kent Construction. He was known at work as an effortless leader and machine operator who will be tough to replace and truly missed.
Charlie loved NASCAR and his family more, especially his grandchildren. The love he expressed for his grandchildren was tireless and expressed in too many ways to mention. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.
He will be remembered as a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend and co-worker.
Charlie was preceded in death by his loving wife, Laura; his father, Ronald Shultz; & his siblings, Tony Ziesemer, Cathy Baker and Lois Ziesemer.
He is survived by his mother, Grace Schultz of Wisconsin; his children, Charlee Ziesemer, Amber Chandler (James Eastburn), Rebecca Scott, Michael Chandler and Paul Chandler (Sherry); his grandchildren, Scott, Brianna, Ryleigh, Jonathan, Jazmyn, Trey, Au'Laura, Paulie & Haley; extended family, friends and co-workers.
Funeral Service Thursday, April 21, 2022, 1 p.m. at Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming, Del.; where friends may call beginning at 11 a.m.
