WYOMING, Del. - Charles Robert Sapp passed away September 17, 2021 at BayHealth Kent Campus.
Chuck graduated from Caesar Rodney Senior High School, class of 1977. He earned his BA in music from Lebanon Valley College, class 1982 and his MEd from Wilmington College, class 2004. Chuck was a retired science teacher, local musician, Lion's club member, Eagle Scout and avid University of Tennessee football fan. He was passionate about family, music and community.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Tish) LeVan (McCoy) of Wyoming, Del.; son, Schuyler Dickson of Tennessee; stepson, Eric LeVan (Ella); and stepdaughter, Allisa Stocker (Reid) of Perkasie, Pa.; sister, Mary Stradley (Rick) of Townsend, Del.; two grandchildren, Elliott LeVan and Sebastian Stocker; and extended family in Georgia and West Virginia.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Chuck's name to the Grand Opera House, 818 North Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 or Murderkill Lions Club, PO Box 605, Frederica, DE 19946.
