DOVER - Charles Leroy Gray lost his battle with cancer on Nov. 9, 20015. Mr. Gray had a huge passion for music, and enjoyed cooking and spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Gray is survived by his daughter, Rebecca M. Clabough and two grandchildren Kailey Ramsey and Seth Clabough all of Parrottsville, Tenn.; his mother, Verma "Toodie" Pisapia of Dover; his father, Charles W. Gray of Dover; three sisters: Brandy Couch of Clinton, Tenn., Marylou Pisapia-Paitsel of Wyoming, and Vicky McWilliams of Woodside; brother Charles Gray of Summerville, S.Ca.; his significant other, Shirley Bastian of Dover; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and his special band mates from Triple Shot band. A special thanks to the wonderful staff at Kent General Hospital for their care. A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon, November 15, 2015 at American Legion Walter L. Fox Post #2, 835 Bay Road, Dover, DE 19901. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
