REHOBOTH BEACH — County Bank announces the promotion of Jason Carr to Senior Credit Analyst.

Mr. Carr is an experienced financial professional having previously served as a VP and Fund Controller for JP Morgan Asset Management in New York.

After relocating to Lewes with his wife and two children in 2021, Mr. Carr joined County Bank as a credit analyst.

Mr. Carr provides leadership in credit review, analysis and structuring of commercial mortgages, business lines of credit and AD&C loan facilities as well as the development and monitoring of sophisticated reporting around loan portfolio concentrations and other various risk mitigating projects.

He is currently studying to obtain a professional Certification in Commercial Credit (CICC) by Moody’s Analytics.

Mr. Carr is active in the community currently serving as a volunteer coach for teams in the Lewes Little League and Cape Henlopen Soccer Club for his son and “swim dad” for his daughter who is a competitive swimmer on the Sussex Family YMCA Tsunamis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University.
