REHOBOTH BEACH - Carol A. McComb of Rehoboth Beach died Friday, March 23, 2007, in Rehoboth Beach. She was 70.
Mrs. McComb was born to the late William and Clara Godet Morgan.
She was a member of the 1st Seventh Day Adventist Church, Millsboro. She was also a member of the Rehoboth Senior Center and the Cancer Survivors Group of the Wellness Community.
Mrs. McComb loved to cochet, do ceramics, square dance, listen to gospel music, drive her trucks and her 1984 Caddy convertible, and go pistol shooting. She had a green thumb and loved her houseplants and flowers.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence McComb; sons, Shawn W. Brown of York, Pa., Timothy M. Brown of Walkill, N.Y.; a sister, Jeannette Leatherman of Williamsport, Md.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in 1st Seventh-day Adventist Church, Millsboro, where friends may call two hours earlier. Pastor Colby Matlock will officiate.
Burial will be in the 1st Seventh-day Adventist Church Cemetery, Millsboro.
Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice Southern Division, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE; or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 163, Salisbury, MD 21803.
